Epic LOTR and the final SAGA reports.
Hey Folks, its been a while. The sunny weather has kept my busy in work, but finally i have the final two reports from our SAGA event.
With the results of the event i came away with a "Vagn the Fearless" model. Which i really liked the look of, so i instantly got him painted. I am unsure what to do.. do i look at mustering for some Jomsvike or shall i have him as a prize.... below are some photo's of him. Sorry they are not sharp but my camera seems to be failing me and struggles to focus.
We have also been having a epic day games of Lord of the Rings. We have been doing the old "Castle Duel" scenario, which have done before. Each time we play we adjust the rules and they get better each time. Below are some shots of the battle, plus the rules we use. I would point we use the siege rules for the castles from the blue book, not the new hobbit book, which seems to have removed much of the fun of bringing down walls.
Well thats it, there's a few things i need to mention but i will leave that till the next time.
